Pam Yettman Lancaster Tell the police, animal abuse is against the law, and also it's burglary and kidnapping if he's taking people's cats and depositing them somewhere else,in California,if a cat goes on your property,or you have a cat that just recently showed t,you have to make a conscientious effort to try to find the owner

LunaMoon Guerrero we’ve done it all. Two very spoiled cats don’t randomly walk away from their home a few days apart and just not come back. Someone has trapped and dumped them somewhere else. That’s why I posted on here, in hopes they show up some place and are recognized by their picture. Sadly multiple cats are disappearing in our neighborhood, clearly we have a very evil neighbor. Thanks for trying to help.

Post on Nextdoor in cats groups,and in Lost and Found Pets groups,post on the Neighbors app,too,you don't need a Ring camera to post on Neighbors.

Ask neighbors to check their sheds, garages, and bats, sometimes they get trapped in them,ask them to look in their yards,too. Ask neighbors to look at their security camera's footage for your cats. Give them a flyer with the cat's picture and contact info they can text you pictures of your pet. Give to delivery people and postal workers,too,ask them and neighbors if they've seen the cat

Thoroughly search your house,in drawers,on shelves, under and behind furniture, behind appliances,in the mattress/box spring, in closets,in crawl spaces, sometimes closets have a crawl space,too, in accessible vents,in furniture, under Large,or easy chairs,in sofas, couches,look out windows,on windowsills, Outside, with a flashlight,look under your porch,or deck, in and around bushes and shrubbery,up try,in crawl spaces and vents,on the fence,at its base,on the rooftop,in dark spaces,use the light to look, and to expose the shine,or reflection of the cat's eyes. Later tonight after sunset, with a flashlight and a bag of cat treats,or cat food, walk the neighborhood where the cat is lost, calmly call the cat's name, look under vehicles,in their undercarriage,in their wheel wells,hit the hoods,they crawl up in engines for warmth,look in and around bushes and shrubbery,on fences,at their base,in between and behind buildings,shine the light on rooftops,on upper level decks,on balconies,on fire escapes,etc, use the light to expose,or catch the shine,or reflection of the cat's eyes. Calmly call the cat's name,then shake the treat bag
