Message from Owner

Upon entry into the Shelter he was able to run out open door. The Shelter set up traps to catch him but no luck. Nova is friendly and curious. He’s not shy! Please call Barry S at or the Shelter on Island Park Rd at. Probably best to call Shelter since they be closer. Thanks! Praying 🙏 for his safe return!

Please go to YouTube to lost cat Detective Kimberly Freeman. Kimberly will give you the best information on how to find your indoor cat. You’ll need a humane crate, stinky cat food beef broth, or chicken broth heated. Put the trap where the cat escaped from at night. My cat was missing for many weeks until I found Kimberly’s information. He was home the same night. I followed exactly what Kimberly said to do. My cat was home the same night.

unfortunately, intact males will roam for miles and miles looking for mates. I hope he makes it back safely 🧡 and can enjoy a spa day at the Center. Amazing vet clinic! 🏀 ✂️ 🏀

Bob Scholler did you try using valarian root in the trap? “To attract elusive male feral cats to a trap, the most highly recommended supplement is valerian root. Because of its pungent aroma, many TNR (Trap-Neuter-Return) trappers consider it the next best thing to the scent of a female cat in heat.”

Get flyers posted ASAP-not everyone is one Facebook. Plus sometimes there’s so many strays, people just think it’s another stray cat. Good luck, I hope you find Nova soon.

We already did that and the Shelter set up traps! No luck! He has been seen in the new development and on Tumble Creek Rd. Our next thing is to post flyers! He is friendly and not scared of people.
