Message from Owner

Upon entry into the Shelter he was able to run out open door. The Shelter set up traps to catch him but no luck. Nova is friendly and curious. He’s not shy! Please call Barry S at or the Shelter on Island Park Rd at. Probably best to call Shelter since they be closer. Thanks! Praying 🙏 for his safe return!

Borrow a trap from your Vet. Set it close to where cat got out. Put food in the trap and also an article of owner's clothing like a Tshirt. Cover the trap with a towel or cat's blanket. Then say prayers!

Jan Marieno! It has been longer than that! He has been seen on Tumble Creek Rd near the new development not far from Center for Animal Health and Welfare. There is a lucrative reward for whomever can get him safely to the Shelter.

Bob Scholler he’s only been missing a day or two? It might take longer to trap him.

Rent or borrow a humane trap. The SPCA and other animal shelters rent them out for $100. When you return the trap you get your $100 back. Place the trap near where the cat escaped. Put some of the cat's favorite food and treats inside of the trap along with an article of your clothing with your scent on it. This method worked for me on two different occasions. If you trap the wrong cat or some other animal, put a blanket over the trap leaving the door exposed. Stand behind the trap and release the animal. Reset the trap. Time is of the essence so do this asap. Good luck and God bless.
