They said the implant facility was San Antonio ACS. I called & they could not trace the chip number to anyone. It was back in 2021.

That was my first step. The implant facility was unable to locate any record for the microchip number.

If you contact the chip company they can find out where it was implanted and that facility can contact owners. It’s a little foot work but worth it
