HELP!!! My Brother’s fur baby ran out scared when fireworks started going off. She doesn’t have her collar or chipped but she is up to date on her vaccinations. Tootsie is black and very skittish and most likely will not approach you but will bark at you. If you see her, please call my mom at and leave a voicemail. Help bring her home, my brother needs her as much as she needs him.
