Description

All black male with medium length fur but is not fluffy. He has a regular tail that is also not fluffy. His fur has a brownish tint to it in the sun. He is microchipped and neutered and weighed 18lbs at the time he went missing. He has gold eyes.

Message from Owner

Onyx is almost 3 yrs old and is all black. His fur is longer and it has a orange tint to it in the sun. Sometimes you can see tiger looking stripes in it. It is longer on his belly area so it sways a little when he walks. He also has a scratch on his nose. I don't have social media but I see your posts and comments. We are following all advice and have been out looking. Thank you all for your help. We miss him terribly.

Post to Both Community Specific Apps - Nextdoor and Neighbors using an address closest to where kitty went missing for the apps themselves. More people in that particular community will see your posts.💔 Report on-line as missing to your local shelters💔 Your kitty is probably nearby. A spooked cat may not respond to their owners voice.💔 Search as LATE in the night as you can or just before dawn (1-2 people only). Use a flashlight to check under bushes and cars and high up in trees. 💔 Take some dry food in a Tupperware and shake while calling for kitty calmly.💔 Also take a can of wet fishy smelling food or the tuna with you. If you spot him, crack open the can and sit on the ground. No sudden moves 💔 Check blocks behind you. Cats will often travel through yards and end up on the other side. Do the same for the residences in front of you and the one behind them.💔 Don’t forget to leave your contact info with anyone you speak with, just in case they spot your kitty after you’ve spoken💔
