I’m sorry to be writing this message. I was on Highway 61 and I saw deceased cat on the corner of Highway 61 and fourth Street in White Bear Lake. After I dropped off my son at school, I went back and picked him up, brought him to a veterinary office where they checked for a chip, but unfortunately, none was found. I’ve called dispatch to inform them that I had found it. I’m still waiting to hear back on what they want me to do, but if I don’t hear anything back, I will be bearing him in my yard until I hear from the owner.
