Susie’s owner is a POS. She leaves the dog untethered without proper housing, food, or water on a regular basis. She then takes frequent trips out of state without the dog being monitored. DACC and Michigan Humane have been to the residence multiple times, and unfortunately, the owner continues to get the dog back due to legal ownership. I hope that Susie is at a better home now, she deserves better.
