European Starling ESA bird belonging to Autistic child

Autistic boy on his way with family to grandfather’s funeral loses emotional support bird! This is a 4 year old European starling, not your typical pet bird. The bird was on his way to a family member for boarding because the family is leaving town this afternoon to bury their grandfather, and are headed to the airport shortly. The bird was adopted from my rescue as a baby. Please, let’s find him! His name is Moose, he's 4 years old and molting around the head area and has pin feathers. They can't send an actual photo because the son dropped his phone and the screen broke. I’m using one of my starlings who is also molting in the face area. PLEASE HELP ME HELP THIS FAMILY FIND THEIR BABY!!! This bird is very human friendly and will most likely land on your head or shoulder. If so, please slowly walk inside and text me at Kasia's Ark Bird Rescue.. We need to get this sweet boy his emotional support bird back ASAP!!! He just lost his grandpa. He can’t lose his bird too.
