Is the dog microrochipped? Check with Virginia Beach Animal Care and Adoption Center on Birdneck Road in person every day. File a lost dog report with Virginia Beach Animal Control and Virginia Beach Animal Care and Adoption Center on Birdneck Road. Check the Virginia Beach Animal Services and Virginia Beach Animal Care and Adoption Center websites and Facebook posts for strays brought into the shelter and are awaiting owners to reclaim with proof of ownership
