Message from Owner

Des is an indoor only cat that escaped out of our front door. He is extremely skittish and scared of strangers. We have tried everything to bring him home but have had no sightings. Please let us know if you see him!

Indoor cats you don’t go far but they do hide since it was in August. I would contact a rescue and set up a trap and put some of Desmond‘s things in it like a cat bed and toys and give it a week to see if you can trap them contact animal control they can give you some references maybe that people who could help you a cat rescues around in the area, but I would definitely do that. If you have not posted on the ring camera, please post on the ring camera also go down to animal control and just double check all their cats they got in if you haven’t been down there yet I’m sure you’re done most of everything but if any of you haven’t I definitely think to trap is a great way to go

Go out late at night or pre-dawn when it's quiet. Call out name of kitty softly if kitty eats kibbles bring a bag and shake it. Kitty is probably close by check under bushes and under pouches. Don't give up, it may take several tries.. Good luck! Shared
