Jennifer Brown this is such important advice. When we lost ours, she was under a shed 2 houses away. She somehow stayed there for 6 of the longest days ever. But because we told all of our neighbours, her little eyes were spotted and she was brought home to us.

If this is an indoor only cat that never goes out, look close. Indoor only cats when lost get scared and hide because it is unknown territory and usually do not come out when you call. Usually are within 3 or 4 houses . Put out something with your scent such as a piece of clothing or blanket. Call at dusk, dawn and night and shake the treats. Get in your neighbour's yards and look under decks, sheds, in trees, bushes or anywhere they can hide. Put up lots of posters.
