He is roaming around the apmt community. We cannot keep him at all with our senior dog and apmt rules. It’s breaking my heart to see his ribcage and long nails. This isn’t a huge residential area so I don’t know if he is missing or someone just let him go. We fed him and gave him some water. He follows anyone that lets him it seems but no one recognizes him.
