Message from Finder
Saw this guy running across northern blvd. He ran into an arroyo so I just kept eyes on him while he found a spot to rest. If I try and approach him to offer food or water, he starts to get up and run off. I don’t want to risk him running off again and getting hit by a car so I left him there resting and called animal control.
