Hi, just in case , I see this black cat with a white spot near throat/chest plus another little white, very skinny black long tail, afraid to approach people but I give it food etc & still afraid to come close

Please make big bright colored posters with his picture and your number with reward amount. Put them up in your neighborhood, and other areas. It worked for me, my cat was found right in front of her own poster. Especially with that hefty reward, people will go out and search.

Leave something outside that has his or your scent on it. Look after dark with a flashlight, for glowing eyes. Check with neighbors to see if he got stuck inside a garage or shed. Put up signs in your neighborhood. Check at the shelter on Eau Gallie if you don't find him soon.
