I was walking my dog & she just came up to us. Follwed me home. She is anxious & very skinny but very sweet & friendly. I saw this same dog last week following someone else. She needs a home & I think was abandoned. She has a pink collar on w no tags.

Poor baby!! She deserves so much better. You'd have to take her to get a free scan for a microchip at any vet to start with. Or, just take her to the Garland Shelter to do that for her. Hopefully, a rescue group will tag her there and get a home for her. She does look very sad and skinny.
