Senior Yorkie Terrier, 5 pounds, missing most of his teeth, hard of hearing, and doesn’t see well. He has never gotten out like this before. There is roadwork being done behind our home, and someone doing the work saw him heading towards the new Costco.

Debbie Strange That is a very busy densely populated area of Visalia and growing by leaps and bounds... so much construction of new homes and businesses. Hopefully, the dog is microchipped and somebody took it in to keep it safe from the parking lots and the streets, etc. and poor little thing will make it safely back home.
