Description

13lb bengal with bright green eyes and a hanging belly. Has a vertical line down his back with spots and stripes on his sides, light tan belly with lots of spots. He's very very vocal, incredibly sweet and has all of his claws. He is an indoor/outdoor cat but goes outside and explores daily so I'm hoping he'll show up. He's never been gone from me this long before. He has a light blue collar with sushi on it and a name tag with my information

Message from Owner

Please help me bring my baby home. At a first glance he looks like a tabby, but he isnt. He likes to hunt field mice, funny bugs, and anything small like worms or snakes. He meows a lot, craves pets, and will probably say hi if he sees you. He's knows his name, knows to come, and will likely approach I'd you say "pspspsp" and crouch down. I'm hoping and praying he's okay

PLEASE READ!! I SWEAR BY THIS!! They don't go far. Get a humane trap ASAP. I've used it to catch 4 of my own. Worked every time. 3 days, 5 days, over a week and the longest was 5 weeks!! They don't go far. Don't listen to anyone who says put food out. They eat it when no one is around and leave. I bait it with mackerel, changing it out daily. Caught at night each time. Make the trap the only option for food. Put the trap by the front door or on your porch. Tractor Supply has good prices on traps, and rescue groups often rent them out. I've also caught about 20 strays I wanted to fix. Very effective. Never give up.

Post on Nextdoor and on Petco Love Lost. Put up colorful signs and hand out fliers. Check with area shelters daily and go there in person too for walk throughs. Call company where you registered the microchip and check that contact info is correct and chip is active. Take the following steps:

Put out some worn clothing on your porch. Notify all your neighbors he is missing and ask them to check under their decks, house and in their garage and any outbuildings they might have. Put up flyers with his picture and your phone number around your neighborhood. Flyers work. Lots of people have found their cats because neighbors saw their flyers. You might also want to go out and look after dark with a flashlight and softly call his name. They typically don’t stray too far from home. Litter boxes outside can attract strays and coyotes. Be cautious of any drone or pet locator companies unless you personally know someone that has used them. They prey on people with missing pets for money.
