Charlie is a 6yo brown chihuahua last seen January of 2024 He wore a red puffy jacket and has a black stripe running down his tail. At the time there was a car mishap down 65th near the school he got out and people report they saw a dog in a red jacket walk. He is chipped id:56820 and neutered with a permanent green mark down his abdomen. He suffers from back problems and needs medicine so im surprised he strayed away.
