Message from Finder
This guy had been wondering for awhile. Took him into the vet. No chip and emaciated. After 18hrs of proper feeding his eyes are clearing up. He was loved due to grooming at some point. He’s very well behaved and trained. He is being held in caring hands for three days hopeful to find his family before surrendering to a foster or county.
