Message from Finder

I heard the dog barking early this morning. Woke me up, wouldn't stop for over an hour. So I decided to get up, saw him out by a telephone poll, then I realized something was wrong. So I went out to look. He was stuck on a wire with his long dreadlocks, took me twenty thirty minutes to get him released from it, and I brought him home in hopes to find him his home.
