He showed up on my yard next to a busy road and I was scared he would get hit by oncoming traffic. He is currently safe with me and my family. He's super sweet, smart, and well behaved. It appears he's partially blind, hard of hearing, and has some difficulty walking. He's a senior, male possibly Shih Tzu.
