Update- no microchip, girl, likely no older than four. Nails don’t indicate she’s a stray. Very friendly now but still scared. This dog was running across Monaco. I stopped after seeing it wasn’t simply crossing but going back and forth frantically on the busy street. 3 other good samaritans helped to put the dog in my car. At first the dog came up to my car and put its paws on the drivers door but after 2 others approached, it became scared and hid under my tire. It’s safe at my hse with water & a blanket inside. Very nervous and scared but has not snapped or growled.
