Looking for the owner of this friendly orange tabby visiting our yard Hi neighbors, For the past year, a very friendly orange tabby has been visiting our backyard whenever our kids go out to play. The cat loves spending time with them, comes running as soon as it hears their voices, and is extremely gentle and comfortable around people. Because the cat seems hungry, we have been feeding it with the cat food so it doesn't go without. However, with winter approaching and temperatures dropping, we are getting concerned for its safety. Lately, the cat has been trying to slip into our garage whenever the door opens and has taken to sleeping under our parked cars for warmth. We aren't able to bring it indoors, but leaving it outside in the cold doesn't feel right. We would love to reunite this cat with its actual family in case it has wandered away or gotten lost. If this is your cat or you know who it belongs to, please reach out. Since we aren't experienced cat owners, any advice or neighborly help getting it scanned for a microchip would be greatly appreciated.
