Very sweet but shy toward strangers. Will not bite. VERY food motivated. She's very small, only 6 pounds, recently spayed and is chipped. Please bring her - she is adored.

Jyll Little thank you, this was recommended to us earlier and we had indeed forgotten to register her chip so we did that around 12-1pm. hopefully no one tried to scan her chip at that time and if they did, maybe they'll try again

Make sure contact her chip company right away to report her missing and most importantly to verify you registered her chip and the contact information is correct. The places that implant the chips don’t register them for owners so if you didn’t register the chip yourself, the company can’t contact you if she’s scanned.

General Information: Set up a scent station. Get a scent that the dog is familiar with out in front of the house (EX Worn clothing / shoes from a family member that the dog lives with.) Hang it out high so that the smell can travel and guide the dog back home. Keep an access point open in case the dog returns. Please post signs with the dogs' picture and your contact information on the sign. Post these signs all over as if someone spots your dog the person can contact you and provide a location of where the dog is. (Not everyone is on Social Media). Ask your neighbors to check their doorbell or house cameras (if applicable), sheds and garage. Owners: Do not try and search for the dog - as your scent travels when you are out and walking all over can confuse the dog. The dog should only smell your scent near your home. Never underestimate the ability of a dog to find their way home using their nose. Call or go to the Animal Shelter in your area and tell them that your dog is missing to see if it has been picked up. Prayers your dog is found safely. Beware of scammers.

Post lost signs all around area lost from & keep checking the shelter daily in person, the shelters are not keeping them long before euthanizing them due to space. If you are able & really want him or her back, offer a reward that will sometimes convince the person that has them who plans on keeping them to do the right thing. I hope you get her back. Shared in hopes he or she is seen & returned.
