Kiri is a very friendly cat who loves exploring outdoors. He usually stays around the neighborhood and always comes running when I call his name. Recently, however, his AirTag has been showing a location near the railroad tracks, which is much farther away than he normally goes. We are very worried about him. If you have seen Kiri or have any information about where he might be, please let me know. Even a possible sighting would be greatly appreciated.

Kevin Maclary none of that works if the cat is allowed to go outside if an indoor outdoor cat doesn't come home it's not because he's lost; he knows where home is. he's not ABLE to return home. in which case all you can do is post flyers and check the shelter (remember the doa logs) and keep posting in case he's in someone's garage and not torn up in their front yard.

Go around late at night calling them with food and flashlight to catch their eyes. Check around your neighborhood under houses and in small places where they may hide. Put stuff out that has yours and their scent on it. Mainly their litter box and sprinkle their used litter around the yard as they'll recognize the smell and it'll deter other animals from coming around. Hang flyers around for people to see. Check shelters and vets daily. Update chip info if they have a chip and its has not been update since a move. Ask neighbors to check in their garages incase they ended up trapped in one and to check their cameras in case they appeared on them to get a sense of direction they could be. I pray you get your baby back safe and soon.
