Barbara Weiner Brodsky You come across as being very knowledgeable about cats (and dogs). The other lady who I am working with (Mikki) are looking for someone who will make this gorgeous cat an indoor cat. Once we have found a home for him/her, we will have the cat scanned (I have a scanner) and then brought to the vet for a wellness check along with vaccinations. Then the kitty will be ready to start a new life. Do you live in the Simi Valley area?

Hi Barbara, I apologize for taking so long to get back to you. I am not certain about a what relationship this kitty would have with dogs. In my opinion this kitty just does not seem like a true feral cat. When he was in front of my house, he just laid under the rose bush while my idiot cat (who was a true former feral cat) hissed and growled at him. The gray cat has been caught on video nightly at another lady's home consistently over the last 4 weeks. The gray cat lays next to a catio that the lady has on her porch and plays with a toy that has been left for him/her to play with. He really wanted to get close to the cats that were enclosed in the catio. Seems like it really wants to be friendly with them. Thank you for info about Life Animal Rescue and the contact name of Jan Irwin.

Do you know if she’s ever been around a dog? I have a dog but we’ve all had cats with this dog. He’s very friendly and loves cats and live with them. She’d be strictly indoors or he would be strictly indoors. He was probably dumped, abandoned, or maybe the people moved and didn’t take him or her…If you can’t find a home,also you can call Life Animal Rescue and ask for Jan Irwin. Would you please check if this cat has the dents/cuts on his ears like my feral Fuzzy that has been missing for 6 months? I live in the valley, Winnetka though. But I don’t want to miss any chances of finding him. Thank you so much!
