Akira is Missing in Lakeville, MN

All white with brown spot on her left eye, brown spots on her forehead and one brown ring/patch going around her tail.

I posted this on other Facebook groups as well. Sep 19 currently. Hello everybody. My dog was stolen yesterday Sep 16. Around 11:01-11:10 AM. I live in Ardmor Village in Lakeville. She was leashed up and had a tracker on her showing she left from where she was . I found the tracker 3 mins away from we live in some tall grass in Kingdom Hall Jehova's Witness church. She is not able to take her tracker off. She was taken with a big red, thick leash as you can see in the photo, while carrying a pet carrier cage that has grey mesh on the sides opens from the front with two zippers and has a sherpa lining on the bottom that is removable, which were also taken. I will put photos below. She had her tracker undone whoever took her and has a flea/tick collar that is white and a grey reflective stripe all around it. Do not have any of her pet carrier. Information about her: Name: Akira Breed: Chihuahua Coat: All white with brown patch on left eye and brown patch around her tail. She also has brown spots on top of her head and a crooked tail. Not sure how much she weighs but definitely under 20lbs, I would say roughly 10lbs give or take. She is small in size. Last seen around 6:00 AM before I left for work. Her cage, leash, and everything was there underneath our porch. Went to the church called Kingdom Hall of Jehova's Witness 3 min. away from where I live, In Ardmor Village, where her tracker last pinged her location and asked around and found the tracker eventually in some tall grass on the church property. There are images showing her "moving" when she was being taken. She has never come undone in the time we've been here she is too small for any of that. I made a police report as well giving them all the details I am giving now. What LOOKS like a Toyota Rav 4 was seen around 11:02-11:07 AM in front of our house, Romeo Drive Lakeville, MN and matches up the description of a vechile that pulls up into the Kingdom Hall Church around 11:10 AM and later.
