Kim Collotty Jobst yes, by definition, ferals just are, no one owns them to release them. But friendly and ok with human contact is so beautifully not feral. Hard to think an owner would let it out, and hope it just blundered out somehow. Fingers crossed it finds its home.

Faith Romberger it’s definitely not a feral cat. Nobody would release a blind feral cat.

I have 2 blind cats- one has escaped a few times over the years. It is a nightmare until he comes back. We built him a catio to let him get safe outside time. I’m sure someone is looking for this one!

I hope the owner is found, and they take more precautions to keep it from getting out!
