Young male (around a yr ish) found while passing though rockingham off the highway exit. Extremely friendly and loving He and another possible female were a pair but she was timid and bolted. He has a distinct feature on his front left paw that will be needed in order to prove ownership No microchip found. Intact. He is safe in our care in Wilmington as we were passing through on a Sunday and all shelters in area closed and not accepting dogs hoping to reunite with family and willing to drive back . The other dog was a possible female slightly older looking.. had a light colored collar also extremely skinny. Mostly black in color with brindle/brown and possibly white feet. If this pair sounds like yours, we have your other half safe, clean and fed!
