Message from Finder
This isn't the first time I have seen this fella around my neighborhood unfortunately. He's very very skidish so I haven't been able to take a good look at his tags. He's warming up to me though so hopefully I can get his information soon. He seems to feel safe in my driveway in front of the garage so I gave him water and some blankets to lay on.
