Luna followed my son to the rec center and never found her way back home. She has a pink collar with her name and my number on it. She’s a very friendly cat.

***POST NEXTDOOR, RING NEIGHBORHOOD, PET FBI, PETCO LOVE LOST, PAWBOOST Check ✔️ Humane Society, Animal Shelters In-Person DAILY. Some Keep Pets 5 Days then put up for Adoption. Boots on the ground - Walk ur neighborhood DAILY, DAY & NIGHT, check window wells, under decks, inside bushes, sheds, garages, behind AC units, dumpsters, under staircases. Indoor Cats don't go far, usually close by. Others hide during the day and roam @ night when it's quiet. Shake bag of cat food or treats, walking, calling by name, saying are u hungry, Bring a flashlight, search day & night. Knock on doors. Post Flyer's on neighbor's doors

Create a scent station - unwashed items with you and/or your cat’s smell. Especially important if in an unfamiliar area! Check nearby Ring/security cameras in the area. Check in and under everything with a flashlight (will capture your cat’s eyes as cats tend to freeze in a tight/small spot and stare). Post simple signs. Check shelters in person!!! Beware of anyone saying they have your pet and asking for money or a code as this is a scam. If you see your pet, know it may be scared and bolt.
