Description

White American long hair, senior. Her long soft fur makes her look bigger than she really is, she's just skin, bones, and fluff. She's very independent and hates anyone touching her ears, but likes to be pet, and she can be fast and mean when she wants to be, which isnt often. She doesn't particularly like being held, shes a princess, but she'll grudgingly put up with it for short periods of time.

Noelle's Owner Says

Thank you all, we got our girl back. A fair amount dirtier than when she escaped, but safe, unharmed, and annoyed about having to deal with her little brother the homebody again.

Try putting something of yours outdoors, it might help your cat find their way home. A blanket, or an article of clothing. Do not put a litter box outdoors it can attract predators. Try going out after dark with a flashlight and a bag of treats. More than likely, the cat is scared and afraid to come out. Good luck!

Tammy LostandFound I've checked everywhere in the house and gotten confirmation from other sources that shes been seen around the neighborhood. I've had the neighborhood management send out an email telling people to look for her, and spread the word myself. I've called and reported her to all the local vets and shelters, and this post is a link to my pawboost flyer. I found out she was gone today around noon, so I haven't been able to do the dusk/night/dawn checks. We don't have a garage and can't leave a door cracked because we have another cat that we don't want getting out.

What to do if you lose your Cat 1. Search all places inside and around your house as cats can hide in small places. 2. Shake their treat bag and softly call their name. 3. Search at dusk and dawn with a flashlight as the light will pick up their eyes. Outside they tend to hide under shrubs, under porches, in open sheds & drainage ditches. You can shake their treats while looking outside too. 4. Put something with your scent on it outdoors, on a porch or deck if possible or in a garage with the door cracked. Sometimes the scent brings them home. You can also put out their litter box but depending on where you live, it could attract predators. 5. Post on nextdoor & Ring Neighbors app. 6. Post on pawboost. You can download a free flyer here. 7. Make a lost pet report to all the local shelters especially in areas that have close boundaries. 8. Post on FB Lost & Found Groups 9. Post on PetFBI site and use .org as the ending. 10. If chipped, report to chip company but don’t forget to change status when your cat is found. 11. Ask your neighbors to check their garages and sheds. Your cat may be coming around the house late at night.
