Post some ads up around the area where you found the dog go out walking that neighborhood knocking on doors check with local veterinarians check with local animal, shelter, and Humane Society. You must let them know you found this dog just in case somebody is looking for it. please check for microchip post some ads on local Lost and Found pet sites. You can Google these in the area where youg hey well aren’t there found a dog such as neighbors, next-door, and craigslist and for the love of Louie and paws Boost and Michigan’s lost pets

I found the post. But now I am a little less sure although the dog I found does have some of those bare skin patches his front left leg does not have a bare patch. Also, I’m in Grand Rapids and the dog that was lost is in the Detroit area.
