I think the fireworks scared the community cats off in our neighborhood. He was attacked by a dog last year and went missing for 7 days. Then just showed up.

Post on nextdoor. Post on pawboost. Tell your neighbors. Go out at night with a flashlight. Cats, when lost, hide. They come out when the area is less active. Use flashlight to help see eyeshine. Point in bushes, under cars and near houses. Be careful of people claiming they can help. Hope you find your baby soon.
