It may be female, very gentle, used to people, left eye probably blind, white and black, one eye on white fur, the other one on black fur, black nose and black chin. Black tail.

This cat has been roaming around the neighborhood and lately is in our street all the time. It is used to people and very gentle, sweet and cuddly.
