MISSING CAT: Daryl Rowan Tree Place We had family in town visiting for the weekend and our cat got scared and took off. The last time we saw him was Saturday morning (7/11) before lunch in the backyard. He does go outside some but usually does not leave the area. We think he may have run into someone’s garage or backyard to hide or even up a tree. Daryl: Male, mostly black, long-haired cat with white chest markings. He’s larger in size. No collar. He is fixed. Friendly but timid with people he doesn’t know. !!REWARD FOR HIS RETURN!!

Did you check all of these surrounding shelters? Leave some laundry outside

Sorry he's missing. This is the reason we need to keep our cats indoors and neutered

Okay, this is a serious response: My daughter’ black, male cat (almost identical) escaped the house. She was frantic for days. Around day 4 she went on chatGPT and posed the situation. After several back/forth chats, including aerial photos of the neighborhood, she was given instructions to purchase a live animal trap, add food, and place it in a particular area nearby her house. Following a ritual of walking the neighborhood and speaking out loud with her husband after dark… the cat was trapped and is now at home! I was dumbfounded it worked perfectly. Milo is now sporting a collar fitted with GPS. Seriously, try it. Good luck!
