For his people, if they see this: I hope your pup is safe and home soon! Some potentially helpful tips (this is a prefab note so apologies to include things you may have tried/have been mentioned already/may not be feasible): Be sure to check neighbor garages, sheds, crawlspaces, etc. If lost close to home, you can leave a blanket of theirs or your clothing outside for the scent. Searching at night with a flashlight is helpful but use sparingly and talk in your normal voice as you might scare them off. If possible and no other animals are around/can be kept safely in another room, leave your front door open while you're home and able to keep watch. Be cautious if you have food out as it can attract predators and that could deter them from coming home. Post on lost pets pages with your number and neighborhood they were lost in. Check humane society often, in person if possible and file a lost pet report with them.
