Sweet Pitty had a black collar on that was removed by a neighbor due to chafing her neck. Appears to have had a litter of puppies at some point. Long nails and no microchip. Very sweet girl! She’s got fresh food and water currently.

Debra Carson ok well she’s clearly not my dog. I have a lot of animals right now. And I just paid for 8 cats to be fully vaccinated (multiple rounds), microchipped, and spayed/neutered. She’s going to the shelter if she doesn’t have a foster today. I go out of town in the morning. I have a rescue lined up if I find a foster
