Seems to be a lot of black cats lost. There’s a lot of them posted on the Humane Society Kitsap County. Whatever check everything.

Put out some things that smells like their favorite or familiar people. Do not use a litter box as this may be a beacon to predators as much as the kitty. Don't forget to change out the articles of things so the scent is refreshed. Ask your immediate neighbors and surrounding streets by 5 to 10 miles out to keep an eye out in garages, sheds, crawlspaces, porches, basements, and if possible under any places. Kitties can fit into some very small areas
