He’s a black kitten 4-5 months old. He has two collars one teal and one purple. His eyes are the same color as his teal collar. He has sinus issues and sounds like he’s wheezing when he breathes

Smudge is very small and it’s getting cold fast. If anyone sees him please let us know where and that he’s ok. We haven’t seen him since this last Friday and have been looking for him tirelessly.
