Agree! It’s Miami.., I’m Not shocked. The least they could do is BRING HIM INTO THE HOUSE SO IT GET’S COOL AIR AND GIVE THIS POOR BABY FRESH COOL WATER, and call a no shelter if any exist in Miami!!!! First take to vet and have scanned, maybe the owners are looking for him.., and hopefully not DUMPED like most are in the Miami agricultural areas!

Dogs that are scared can behave that way and it doesn't mean that they are aggressive give it time he will warm up to you and come around

Why not pick up the dog instead of all this.drama. Can someone pick up the dog? Bring it to Sage on commercial or clearly bring it inside. Too hot to leave the dog outside
