Zuny Farah once you say aggressive, basically it’s a life sentence: please refrain from using this unless the dog is attacking you.. More so, scared and won’t allow to be picked up etc, maybe hurt; don’t try and get a lost dog that needs help killlled.

If you call police they will drop him off at the shelter in Doral where he will be one of the 600 dogs and fearing the worst. I hope you choose other options. Give it a little bit of time for the dog to decompress. Give some food and water. You do not have to keep the dog but giving it a little bit of time to find a right solution will probably save his life.
