It's called Freshouse. There is a front and back to the building. She said this one is at the back. Will keep an eye open and ask other feral feeders in the area too

I can't seem to get on the link but there is a similar looking cat at the Olivedale freshouse complex between the ferals. Could be another feral it apparently they are able to touch him. The feral care taker feeds aprox between 6 and 7 pm everyday. Perhaps someone can go have a look?
