He is timid & skittish (but friendly!) He is most likely hiding and scared. He will NOT come when called by strangers. Please don't chase him. If you can safely grab his leash, great. Otherwise just note the location and call us right away.

I had to edit my post, I accidentally said "did" have a collar or leash; but he "did not"

Ashley Cameron He did *not* appear to have a leash or a collar at that point. He looked lost though. I'm sorry I wasn't able to get better info, but the people I was visiting also said she saw him yesterday in this area. I was on a second floor balcony and we lost sight of him before I was able to get a picture. I told some of the neighbors that it looked like a dog that is missing so hopefully they are also on the lookout.

Jared Fasching thank you. Were you able to see if he had a leash on him?

I didn't get a picture, so it wouldn't let me submit it on the website but I saw a similar looking dog, with no owner, wandering Pleasant Ave between 22nd and Franklin.
