Second time we’ve seen this pup running loose in the area. Followed us home during our dog walk today. Is friendly with my dog but is skittish around me. It won’t allow me to touch him/her. Knox/Arizona are the nearest main streets here in Chandler. Had it scanned at 1st Pet, no chip. UPDATE: I have it in my home for now. Community Rescue may pick it up Saturday. Hoping owner responds soon.
