So we spotted our dog thanks to a tip on Pawsboost. When I saw him he ran under a fence and ultimately into the Detroit Arsenal base where the nice fireman sitting outside there ignored my pleas to help catch him. They were busy on there phones. Unbelievable! We notified animal control and the police. Police came to look but said they did not see. Elmer Fudd is still out there! He did not look healthy! Its been five days now with no proper food or water. I the place he went under the fence (shown on this map) seemed to be a place he was sleeping because the grass was matted in a small circular shape. We left food, water and a shirt from one of the family members. I am taking off work to go look some more but if he keeps running, it seems there is no way one person can wrangle him because there is so much space in that area with lots of fences to squeeze under.
