Message from Owner
Someone gave him to the rescue happy ever after rescue tails, who claim owner surrender when the owner had called multiple times to recover the animal. This rescue has no physical address or other information online, found a tax EIN 42-3012635. Hoping that can help. This lady has no authority over the animal, she reported found but refused to give it back and I suspect is an ongoing theft and fraud ring. She wanted compensation without providing any information about the whereabouts of the dog, her organization or herself
