This cat has been coming by my home every evening around 6 PM and we’ll hang out till early morning hours. I’ve been giving it food and water, but it will not come close but it does immediately come for the food as soon as I set it down and it’s not afraid to start walking towards me while I have the food, but we’ll run away if I stop.

Get cat to safety. Then call local animal shelters and ask for help to get a microchip check to find an owner. If no owner then ask for foster care.
