Message from Finder

We found this cute dog on the side of the road. He is very calm and let us lift him up and put him inside our car. We really would love to find him owners! We unfortunately can’t keep him long term. We will be buying food for him in the meantime and keep him for a few days. We would love to find him a loving home if his owners aren’t found. Thank you!

Nancy Butcher Esmay Violin Yesenia Torres here is a group that may be able to help with a rescue if his owners are not found within the time that you’re able to hold onto him. Please don’t rehome him to just anybody offering to take him. Going through a rescue is the safest for him/her.

Esmay Violin if it’s a boy, it will be very obvious when you look under his belly 🤣

Robin Le Frere i think that’s what they are doing by posting on social media, next door paw boost etc? Otherwise need to report as found to MCACC but this IS how you do a proper owner search. It’s 3 days for shelter with no microchip and ID; 5 days if they have chip and ID and 6 days if found, not turned in to pound and “reasonable owner search” done
